Maintenance is provided on a cost per copy basis which includes parts, labour and toner. All service calls will be responded to within four working hours. To maintain our high standard of customer support, we can offer e-maintenance, which provides automatic monitoring of these products. This technology allows the device to report it's status direct to our servers via email, allowing us to respond to the systems maintenance and toner requirements proactively before you become aware of a problem or run out of toner, meter readings and call logging can be fully automated via e-maintenance see

e-Maintenance overview
e-Maintenance is a great new copier service concept. A solution that allows you to take complete control of all your print and copy devices, whilst simultaneously reducing administration burdens, increasing up-time for your printers and copiers, and helping you to optimise the productivity of your printing equipment.

If you are the key administrator for printing copying faxing or scanning, e-Maintenance is here to save you time, headaches and budget. It′s a new concept in service that allows you to concentrate on more important things rather than having to resolve problems such as booking service calls, ordering toner or running out of toner at a crucial time.

Consumables - Automatic Toner On Demand
e-Maintenance includes consumables management to assist with order planning and stock control. That means you never have to run out of toner or stock-pile to avoid running low. e-Maintenance helps you to order what you need, when you need it so you never run out of toner again!

Proactive Device Support
The system will immediately send an alert if a critical fault occurs, or when a device is not performing up to standard. Statistics will be automatically collated and sent to the administrator (subject to operating conditions) for the provision of proactive, timely support.

Remote Diagnostics
The system will immediately send an alert if a fault occurs, or your printer is not performing according to pre-determined conditions.

For example, if the number of paper-jams exceeds a given number, your service provider will be alerted by email. And error statistics will be automatically collated and delivered to the administrator. e-Maintenance allows the central administrator to monitor the status, workload and usage pattern for each individual printer, create performance overview reports and automate service alerts.

Preventative Maintenance
We aim to prevent machine malfunction as opposed to reacting to general faults. Preventative maintenance is carried out at three monthly intervals as specified by the manufacturer.

Training
We will train your members of staff free of charge. Any training as requested can be arranged at any time during the duration of the service agreement at no extra cost.

Three Year Satisfaction Guarantee
If the equipment purchased or leased from us and is under a support agreement and can be reasonably deemed, within 3 years of installation, not to be performing the function for which it was intended, we will replace it with an identical model.

Qualified Engineers
Our Engineers are trained by the service division of the manufacturers of the supplied equipment and all are Microsoft MCP, MCSE, MCSA certified.

Service Performance Reviews
To enable you to monitor our performance, you may request reports and summaries of your copier equipment's reliability and average response times for service and consumable requests.
